We’re excited to open the doors to our brand new physio & sports therapy space in Thirsk, designed to help you move better, recover faster, & perform at your best.
Whether you’re dealing with a niggling injury, returning from time out, or simply need a sports massage to unwind, we’re here to support you every step of the way.

You’ll find us in the heart of Thirsk in Market Place (we’re next door to Ladbrokes.)
There is plentiful parking in Market Place including one hour free but don't forget our classes are 50 mins so be careful not to over run.
If you fancy staying in our beautiful town a little longer or grabbing that post-class coffee, we recommend parking in the Millgate car park which is just a couple of minutes walk from the studio.
