If someone you know would like to try Pilates, or if someone is already a member & loves classes, a Core & Flow gift card could be just the thing.
The lucky person doesn’t have to be a member with us to receive a gift card - it will appear in their inbox on the day you choose & they can sign up & spend the credit from there.

Gift Card FAQs
Do they need to be a member of Core & Flow to receive a gift card?
No, the person you’re sending the gift to doesn’t need to be a registered member or registered on Team Up. They’ll receive an email informing them about the gift and they can sign up directly to Core & Flow from that email and spend the credit.
What if they are already a member?
This is fine too.
Can I specify a date on which it should arrive - like a birthday?
Yes, you can send it up to 3 months in advance for the really, really organised people.
Can it be used at any studio?
Yes, gift card credit is valid at every studio.
Do they receive a physical card?
No - it’s all digital. They receive an email and the credit appears on their account. If you’d like to hand them something physical ask us and we can send a voucher that you can print off.
How long are gift cards valid for?
One year from the date the gift is sent.
