Questions? We got you.

If you can’t find the answer to your question here, please contact us.

  • Not at all. Our instructors can adapt exercises according to your expertise, making them less or more challenging. Please tell the instructor it is your first time before class begins. If you have any questions ahead of your first class, please contact us.

  • Comfortable clothing and grip socks (if you don’t have any we sell them in the studio). Lots of people wear leggins and a T-shirt but it’s up to you. Please avoid anything loose hanging that could get caught in the equipment and remove necklaces and other jewelry. All other equipment is provided.

  • If you’re new to Pilates feel free to book onto any Beginner or Mixed Ability class. If you let the instructor know it’s your first time, you’ll be well looked after.

  • 50 mins unless otherwise stated.

  • We welcome anyone aged 15 and upwards. There is no upper age limit - some of our members are in their 70s and 80s.

The weight limit for our equipment is 150kg. Anyone up to 6’ 7” should be comfortably able to use our Reformers.

  • Drop ins are £25 for Reformer classes and £20 for Barre, but become significantly lower with a membership. Check out the membership page for full details.

  • We’re experienced at working with pre-and post-natal clients. Our beginner and mixed ability classes are suitable for pregnancy, although we may need to make adaptations to certain exercises to keep you safe. We also run a special Pre- and Post-Natal class in Chingford.

Strength & Flow, Barre and Jumpboard classes are not suitable for pregnant people - please check your class description before booking.

Please note we don’t recommend starting Pilates more than 20 weeks into your pregnancy if you’ve not tried it before.

  • Reformer Pilates offers a full-body workout that improves strength, flexibility, posture and balance, all while being low impact and gentle on the joints. Using spring-based resistance on the reformer machine, exercises can be adapted for all fitness levels, from complete beginners to experienced athletes.

Some benefits include: improved core strength and stability, better posture and body alignment and increased flexibility and mobility. There’s also the mental wellbeing side, which can’t be underestimated.

Because the resistance can be adjusted, Reformer Pilates is suitable for a wide range of people, including those returning to exercise, recovering from injury, or looking to complement other training. Many people also find it helps reduce stress and improves focus through controlled movement and breathing. We can’t wait to help you feel the benefits.

  • Yes - in the vast majority of cases we can adjust exercises to suit your needs and we will always do our best to accommodate everyone. If you have any injuries, disabilities or health conditions please let the instructor know prior to the class starting. You can also contact us with any questions or if there’s anything you’d like to discuss.

  • Absolutely. Around 20% of our members are male. On the flip side, we also offer Women’s Only classes.

  • Classes can be cancelled or rebooked up to 12 hours in advance of the class via our booking platform. Our instructors & team members are unable to make changes to your classes on your behalf. You can read our full Terms and Conditions here.
