Core and Flow Pilates Club is a wonderful, friendly, inspiring group of people. I absolutely love every class that I go to. I feel so much stronger in mind and body since i started reformer pilates with Isla and her lovely group of instructors. I would highly recommend Core and Flow to anyone, they are the best!
