We deliver classical & contemporary Reformer Pilates along with mat & barre from our state of the art studios in Chingford - London, Epping - Essex & Guisborough - North Yorkshire

  • I have recently done 2 beginners Reformer pilates classes with Core & Flow, with different teachers. I have never done Reformer before. Both teachers were very thorough making sure I, and other new people, knew how to use the equipment, and checking for injuries they should know about. The studio is spotlessly clean. The equipment looks very new. The other people in the class were all very friendly. I enjoyed the classes and really felt a benefit, so I have signed up for membership. Not only have I re-built my strength physically through the experienced and excellent teaching, it has also been the most amazing safe and supportive environment which I look forward to every week. The instructors are all so knowledgable, friendly, professional and accommodating. The locations are great with lots of parking. The equipment they have is top quality and I’ve seen a few other venues for reformers that are no match in terms of equipment and instructors to Core & Flow. I also carried on going up to 6 months of being pregnant and found the instructors great at knowing what exercises I should do and adjusting others. Thanks you so much!

Our story

From 6 mats & 1 reformer to over 15,000 hours taught, Core & Flow was born in 2021, created & nurtured by Isla, with a first studio in Loughton, Essex.

We quickly grew a community of Pilates lovers, many of whom are still clients 4 years on & in 2024 expanded our offering to open two new studios in Chingford & Epping.

Now with our third studio in Guisborough, we’re excited to bring that same Core & Community to North Yorkshire, where Isla has recently relocated to.

Our Core & Family has now grown to a team of 10 & offers over 100 classes a week, as well as pilates education from our Core & Academy offering.
